Your school wants to improve the upkeep of campus facilities by creating a new system for reporting any facilities that may need maintenance or repair. Design an experience that allows students to report building or equipment issues on campus. Consider the process of those filing the report and of those receiving and taking action on the issues.
Background
Unlike other university with a campus, my university The New School is located in Greenwich Village area in New York City. It has several buildings on the different streets, it would be effective for technicians and also easier for students to identify the facilities and maintenance issue by the building location.

It's hard to reach out the right person for any repair or maintenance

Wenyu is a teaching assistant while pursing his PHD. He frequently found out the equipments have issues and need to be repaired

He wants to get the functional equipments before the class started

Sometimes it would be difficult to know when the repair or maintenance would be done, I found it is frustrated when the update is always not in time.

Jill has been working in The New School campus maintenance for 7 years. He is a manager of the maintenance and repair team. Usually the issues are handle by direct calls and emails. He would like to explore new way of management.
Goal:
He wants to be able to distribute his resources more effectively especially at peak school period.
Frustration:
Too many calls and emails flushed into my office everyday. Sometimes it would really take a long time to handle each one of the cases.
I sometimes even missed one or two issues for a few weeks until students complained.

I mainly used The New School color in my visual present. The New School colors are red, black, and white. A Pantone red, called “Parsons Red,” has been created exclusively for the university. Red is not used for the logo itself. The logo is always black or white.
