Syntax is a poem/story/idea generator that allows multiple participants to collaborate and have fun together.

Prototype 1:
Our first concept concept sketch. At this point, lacking specific rules, semantics, and “boundaries.”
Prototype 2:
Below, designing functionality, and exploring use of color. Still trying to differentiate it from other whiteboard apps, and the color isn’t a great match for the theme.
Prototype 3:
We tried to lock the position of circles once it gets attached to other circle for testing, but it reduces the organic and fluid feeling we want to give to the creators, so we decided to remove this feature and give the freedom to creators.
Prototype Final:
Settled on a “dream” theme for the background, and added functionality to change the color. We felt the lighter theme served the purpose of the project much better.
