The Hidden- interactive graphic novel

Jin just turned 18 years this summer, like many other girls, she was excited that she just received her official invitation to join Spikes. It's an honor for every young adult to be part of the community.

The Hidden

"I got into training center!

Job Description: JointMind installation for children."

" This family always change their address, they seem to have a young boy haven't installed the JointMind yet.

Poor kid, how can he communicate with others."

"It should be here."

"Nobody?"

Five days later...

" Pipi, I hope we got some luck today"

"I found him! "

The boy turned back and noticed them. He started to talk to Pipi.

Jin was astonished. She never heard anybody speak out and was more shocked to see Pipi understand his words.

" People and animals could have such level of connection. "

The boy started talking:

" this is how it should be....Spike takes all of these away.

I don't want JointMind, please let me go. "

Jin saw the boy is happy and healthy, she was hesitated to report his case.

" But how about future?

There is no possible way for him to get friends or jobs once he grow older without brain communication."

Jin hit the button.

A few days later, Spike sent people to the house and brought the boy to the training center.

" Good afternoon grandma, I have brought you some flowers today. "

"Stop Pipi!"

Jin remembered what grandma has always told her:

" Don't go inside the forest, even Spikes won't be able to find you back if you get lost. "

" Maybe Pipi will come back soon. "

An hour later, it started to rain...there was no sign of Pipi

" It's getting dark, I have to get Pipi back. "

"Where am I ? "

Jin felt something was watching her and she was a bit lost in the forest, but she suddenly saw some dog's footprints. She followed it and quickly run further into the forest.

"Pipi--Pipi"

Jin finally found Pipi in the cave, he looked tired but calm.

There seemed to be something above his head.

"Seems to be someone's diary."
